How to give up smoking

Physical activity has proven to be of help to those who want to give up smoking. Go to the gym, go for walks in the park, go to the swimming pool or just do any sports you enjoy and in time you will see your morale will improve as well as your physical condition. No more shortness of breath, no more fat on your abdomen, no more sleepiness. This sounds great, doesn’t it?

If all these things do not seem to work then it is best to go to your regular doctor and ask for a specialized help. You might receive nicotine replacement therapy and some more advice.

The most important thing to do is keep an opened mind and have a positive thinking. Always thinking that you will not be able to give up smoking is definitely not a solution. A lot of people managed to quit smoking, so why wouldn’t you be able too? See, it’s all about thinking positively.
